From June 29, 2018 to July 1, 2018 Dress for Success Worldwide hosted the 14th Annual Success Summit at the Kimpton Epic Hotel in Miami, Florida. The Success Summit is a three-day women’s leadership conference that celebrates the economic, educational and career successes of the women we serve. Over 60 Professional Women’s Group delegates from around the world were selected by their affiliates to attend Success Summit. Each delegate received an all-expense paid trip to Miami to attend engaging workshops and seminars about personal branding and financial health led by top women leaders. The Success Summit also serves as a platform to launch each delegate’s participation in an 8-month civic leadership internship that designs and implements individual Community Action Projects. The Community Action Project is a social change initiative that will improve a problem or concern in the delegate’s community. This year’s Community Action Project was theme was Women in Poverty.
